Admit it, at one point or another in your life, you drastically crashed into a weight loss exercise program and quit. Well, unless you are one of those lucky people who can eat a whale and not gain an inch! Point is, we’ve all wanted that body: fit, lean and toned, with the right curves for the ladies and the right bulges for the men.
But fitness is not all about that 8-pack midsection or that bubble butt, it’s about being healthy inside and out, with each cell in optimal shape, carrying vital functions and making sure everything in us is at equilibrium. With healthy, fit cells on the inside, those buns and muscles will show through as a result in the long run.
Let me share with you here the health and fitness tips I’ve learned from rehab doctors, physical therapists, and gym-addict friends who do nothing but gym…(you guys are awesome!) Kidding aside, go with me in this journey to ward off aging and keep our cells super fit and healthy from the inside.
